Celebrating Earth's Day on April 22nd, 2024. 

We spoke about the 3R's, expressed the meaning in Greek language and decided to follow them wherever we are, at home, at school, on holiday, everywhere... Aladdin's Genie is in our minds and reminds us of how our daily action saves Earth!!

We also decided to use only paper or biodegradable bags when shopping...

Earth Day!

Our kindergarten students had a blast celebrating Earth Day! 

They learned why it's important to save things and take care of our planet for the future.  
They  learned about reducing waste, reusing things instead of throwing them away, and recycling to help our Earth stay healthy!

 We participated in an art workshop in the framework of the e-Twinning project, organised by the ICS "G. Macherione-G. Galilei" kindergarten in Italy, under the guidance of teacher Micol Blanchard.

Entitled "Turlututú and Tarlatata", two space heroes created by Herve Tullet , https://herve-tullet.com/, helped us to learn about the technique of graphical networking. As part of this, the children followed instructions to create shapes and colours using only verbal cues. The workshop focused on developing creativity and skills of perception and representation through art.

Students had the opportunity to delve into the unique features of Saturn, improve their programming skills and enhance their problem-solving abilities.
